Existing Dealers Lead Settings Update Form

Use this page to quickly update your dealership’s lead settings. Dealers can enroll in or opt out of available lead programs, as well as manage third-party lead preferences, including non-PMA lead caps and radius settings.

The form below must be submitted by and/or confirmed by a Dealer Principal, Executive Manager, or General Manager and all fields are required unless otherwise noted. If certain information is unavailable, please indicate “N/A”. Upon submission, a member of the Nissan Digital Support Team will contact you via email from info@nissandigitalprogram.com to confirm details and/or provide any additional instructions.

Third Party Lead Program ($18.00 per lead) 

By choosing “I ACCEPT”, the Dealer Principal acknowledges that they agree to receive and pay for 100% of the third party leads within their primary marketing area (PMA), plus up to a minimum of five third party leads per month from within a five-mile radius from their dealership that is not covered by their PMA. Both non-PMA lead cap and non-PMA radius can increase in increments of five, with the non-PMA radius not exceeding 100 miles from the dealership.
